WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Development and maturation of import and export compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international legislation and policies.
Identify the accurate filing of Customs documents in order to make sure they are in compliance with the existing tariff and non-tariff regulations applicable to duty deferral programs operations (IMMEX program).
Settle level compliance of the temporary imports of machinery and equipment in regards to the legal entry, stay, location and use of such goods.
