This role will establish a structured, scalable training portfolio aligned with business priorities, IT strategy, and employee skill development needs. Partnering closely with IT leadership, HR/Learning & Development teams, SMEs, and external vendors, the Senior Manager will curate and maintain a comprehensive learning catalogue across core IT domains such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, software development, enterprise applications, and IT service management.
