  Tier 2 support for Win11/Win10 and AVD platforms 

    Qualifications   

  Windows 10/11 & Enterprise Apps: Architecture, performance tuning, advanced troubleshooting; M365 (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive), Edge, line of business app support. 

  Directory & Policy: AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access/MFA; GPO design and modern policy via Intune. Networking: DNS/DHCP/VPN, certificate/TLS, proxy; end to end connectivity diagnosis for physical/virtual endpoints.
