We seek a highly skilled **Sr.
Pricing Manager** to lead pricing strategies in our transportation brokerage division.
This role requires deep analytical skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and procurement teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop Pricing Strategies**: Create and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis, customer needs, and business objectives.
- **Rate Management**: Oversee cross-border (FTL) and intra-Mexico (FTL/IM) transportation services pricing.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and economic conditions affecting transportation costs.
- **Customer Proposals & Bids**: Manage pricing for customer proposals, bids, and RFQs (Request for Quotes), ensuring accurate and competitive rates are provided.
