About the Role
Responsible for developing and administering employee compensation and benefits programmes to reward and recognise employees' contribution to AIAPosition Objective:
proactively and analytically minded HR rewards COE to design, implement, and govern our integrated Workforce (WF) planning framework, be central to developing predictive WF models, establishing robust control mechanisms, tracking and interpreting key efficiency and effectiveness metrics, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic resourcing, capability development, and competitive hiring decisions:
