Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor macro economy, category dynamics, channel, media, and competitive trends; identify growth opportunities and risks, with in depth insights and be able to quantify business implications with analytic methods.
  • Work with global team on revenue growth management (RGM) initiatives, identifying drivers of performance (volume, media spend, trade spend, promo, distribution) and recommend actions.
  • Support preparation of materials for senior leadership meetings (e.g. LBEs, global strategic workshops). Translate complex business performance and strategic topics into concise, executive‑level insights. Anticipate leadership questions and prepare data‑backed recommendations and scenarios.
  • Spear-head consumer research planning. Lead end‑to‑end market and consumer insight generation using syndicated data (e.g., NielsenIQ, Kantar), internal sales data, and ad‑hoc research. Manage external research agencies and data providers.
