The Sr. Materials Planner/Scheduler at El Carmen Manufacturing Facility is responsible for optimizing material flow, ensuring timely availability of components for production, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet demand and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules and material plans based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory targets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material movement and resolve supply chain issues.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to plan and execute material requirements, generate purchase requisitions, and track order status.
