Sr. Mfg Eng -Servers- On Site, Hardware Engineering - Manufacturing

Amazon Web Services’ Hardware Engineering team is looking for Manufacturing Engineers who can operate in a fast-paced, multi-platform international manufacturing and production environment. On-site Manufacturing Engineers work closely with contract manufacturers (CMs) to scale up production on NPIs and ensure that we meet production and quality targets. You will collaborate with ODMs, CMs, internal AWS hardware and software development teams, and upstream component vendors to monitor and improve incoming hardware quality in both design and production phases. This role requires taking full ownership of manufacturing launches and resolving process issues, driving production readiness, understanding root causes of hardware failures, and addressing gaps in supplier manufacturing processes.
