It develops licensing strategies that align with brand identity, market positioning, and long-term growth objectives. Oversees contract negotiation, royalty structures, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to licensing agreements and protection of IP rights. Implements governance frameworks, and performance metrics to maintain brand consistency and quality across licensed products.
