Key ActivitiesApply advanced technical knowledge to the design, construction, and sourcing of mold tooling to meet defined quality, cost, and production requirements.Contribute to the evaluation, introduction, and implementation of new molding technologies within the manufacturing footprint.Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex molding-related topics including processing, tooling, materials, quality, and capacity challenges, both internally and with external partners.Support and coordinate enterprise-wide molding excellence initiatives and continuous improvement activities, recommending and implementing best practices across the organization.Utilize data-driven problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, or similar approaches to identify root causes of molding issues and implement sustainable solutions that improve process capability.Support the deployment of operational excellence and standardized manufacturing foundations within th...
