Key Responsibilities
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communication tools including CUCM, Unity Connection, and Contact Center solutions (Finesse, eGain, Calabrio, ICM).
Support and maintain Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and related VOIP infrastructure.
Manage enterprise-level voice systems including voice gateways, PSTN trunks, and SIP trunking.
