Sr Officer-App. Base Management

Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for driving MAU growth and user engagement for apps (myIM3 and/or bima+) through owned channel campaigns, paid ads acquisition, and personalized in-app initiatives based on customer segmentation and behavior.

The role also supports app growth acceleration through new feature launches, digital innovation initiatives, and strategic partnerships to increase app adoption, Acquisition and winback.

Key responsibilities include:
