Job Description
To manage and supervise tasks and functions delivered by MSP on :
- Network Monitoring: Monitor alarms, resolve faults, and escalate critical issues using OSS platforms.
- Configuration Management: Manage RAN configurations and apply software updates.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct health checks, and ensure configuration as defined
- Integration Support: Assist with special cases integrations and verify performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools.
- Multi-Vendor Operations: Operate and maintain multi-vendor equipment, ensuring interoperability.
- Operational Procedures: Adhere to SOPs, maintain logs, and ensure compliance.
