Core Responsibilities Equipment & Process Engineering Leadership: Own technical development, standardization and optimization of new and existing equipment, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure alignment with execution standards and processes. Testing, Validation & Scientific Analysis: Plan and execute verification, validation, and testing activities. Design new implementations to evaluate process variables and define robust processing windows.
