• Provide expert advice and assistance to support the technical, programmatic, and acquisition aspect for the design, development, and procurement and transition to Cloud-based, and hybrid Cloud solutions for NOAAs ground system capabilities to include archive, storage, ingress/egress, ground system mission operations processing. Requires specific mission knowledge considering satellite and ground system operations, maintenance, and sustainment methods and applications for on-premise systems, and their capability transitions to the Cloud.
