Sr Project Manager- Major Highway Projects

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing Major Projects division delivering complex highway and heavy civil infrastructure projects across the GTA and Ontario (some travel required).

This role is ideal for a strong leader coming directly from a General Contractor (GC) environment (consulting backgrounds not preferred) with deep experience in highways and roads.

?? Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil/highway construction

• Proven background delivering large-scale infrastructure projects ($50M+)

• Experience working within collaborative delivery models such as progressive design-build, alliance/IPD, PPP, cost-plus, or early contractor involvement

• Strong commercial and cost management expertise (GMP, target cost, open-book frameworks)

• Ontario project experience...
