Job Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for Stakeholders and Managers regarding all QA-related topics, ensuring clear communication, follow‑up, and alignment.
• Coordinate and lead QA team activities, including prioritization, task distribution, and resolution of blockers.
• Provide technical guidance and best‑practice oversight to the QA team by reviewing deliverables, mentoring team members, and enforcing quality standards.
• Plan and manage testing resources, anticipating workload, risks, and team needs.
• Define the test strategy for the project, aligning it with business objectives, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Standardize and document QA processes, such as test case structure, execution guidelines, and workflow improvements.
• Document the Product Quality Process to meet Quality Gate requirements and internal quality audits.
