Job summary:

This role serves as the primary Talent Acquisition parter in Costa Rica, responsible for full-cycle recruiting support across Terumo Blood and Cell Technology and Terumo Cardio. The position reports to local HR leadership in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to deliver recruiting strategies, hiring execution, workforce planning support, and process consistency. This role also plays a key role in establishing and building ATS capability for Terumo Cardio in Costa Rica while partnering with broader TA stakeholders on system alignment and recruiting process effectiveness. 
Essential duties:
Identifies, develops, and executes recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract high-quality talent.

Manages full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
