Sr Solution Architect Leader

The Solution Architect Leader is responsible for driving the strategic technical vision solution design excellence and customer value creation across the full portfolio of Digital substations Grid Automation and advanced & complex applications. This role will lead a team of Solution Architects to develop scalable interoperable and future-ready architectures while supporting pre-sales technical architecture development customer engagement and lifecycle solution support. The leader will be accountable for steering solution differentiation ensuring technical compliance and homologation enabling cross-functional collaboration and elevating customer experience through high-quality technical presentations workshops and co-creation engagements.
