Operating within a data-driven technical support environment—not a manufacturing floor—you will help shape how Dexcom monitors reliability, stability, and performance across global operations. This role supports the company’s Design for Reliability – Zero Surprises in Operations (DFR-ZSO) by leveraging customer, product, and process data to identify systemic reliability issues, monitor performance stability, and drive continuous improvement.
