Job Description:
L3Harris in Redmond, Washington develops and manufactures propulsion products used on satellites, space probes and other spacecraft. We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team to oversee our assembly areas during our 2nd shift.
Essential Functions:
Provide tactical direction to the assembly areas to support the needs of the businessDay-to-day direction for work assignments of staff. This includes:Ensure staffing has adequate skillset for current and future business needs Ensure all special process certifications and required training is up to date at all timesProvide administrative support for direct reports to ensure they have the tools necessary to complete their jobsPartner with support organizations to maintain flow of hardware through assemblySet tone and culture for the area to align with the overall goals of operations
