Description
The Sr. Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads complex, multi disciplinary projects across critical infrastructure Operational Technology (OT) environments with a strong focus on NERC CIP compliance and cybersecurity. This role bridges engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations—ensuring that OT systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant while enabling modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The Sr. TPM drives project strategy, execution, and governance, partnering with stakeholders across IT, OT, compliance, and executive leadership. Constellation recently integrated with Calpine. The heavy focus will be to make sure the integration goes well and Calpine OT, Industrial Sites are up to NERC/CIP compliance standards to help with a successful integration while mitigating risks.
