About the Role
The role involves executing Customer Engagement Excellence by focusing on conducting high-quality and compliant Long-term Focused Interactions (LTFIs) and Integrated Pharmacy/Channel Selling (IPS), while providing promotional activities assigned to specific Target Customers to improve Customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Understand the customers, including influencers.

Make call activity to doctors, pharmacy, and TAs/Leaders against planned call frequency.

Analyze and justify based on such a reason area with in/outside tailor-made activity to serve customer and business needs.

Make territory sales plan based on their territory and knowledge, skills.

Work independently, helping team members to develop and increase knowledge, skills, and performance.
