Senior Test Engineer – NPI
Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production test solutions for new electronic products from prototype through mass production.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, test coverage, yield performance, and manufacturing readiness during new product launches.
The ideal candidate has deep hands‐on experience with electronics testing, strong problem‐solving skills, and the ability to work cross‐functionally in a fast‐paced NPI environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead test development activities for new electronic products during NPI phases
Define and implement production test strategies (ICT, FCT, system‐level, functional, and boundary scan)
Design, validate, and release test fixtures, test software, and automation solutions
Support prototype, pilot, and MP builds, including on‐site test support and debugging
