JOB SUMMARY: 
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Lead  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, ensuring the quality of software deliverables, and leading QA efforts across multiple projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, mentoring QA engineers, and continuously improving testing processes through best practices and automation. 
Key Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain detailed test plans , test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and functional specifications. 
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define testing scope , objectives, and deliverables.
