We are hiring a Total Rewards Sr Analyst - LATAM for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex. in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

This role is responsible for supporting the analysis, deployment and administration of Total Rewards programs across Latin America (LATAM), with a focus on benefits operations, employee communications, and compensation analytics. Reporting to the Director Compensation – Americas, the role partners with the regional Total Rewards and HR teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and scalable programs that strengthen employee experience, support retention, and enable business outcomes.
