This role ensures that every customer interaction — from buttons and flows to AI explanations and onboarding — is intuitive, human, and aligned with a unified platform experience.

Mission: Create and operationalize Sprinklr’scontent architectureacross all product suites.Deliver crisp, accessible UI copy, terminology systems, and scalable patterns that reduce friction, reinforce clarity, and make Sprinklr’s platform easier to learn, use, and trust.
