Sr warehouse manager

Essential Job Duties Hire, train, develop, and motivate warehouse personnel to follow procedures, meet high quality standards, production schedules, operations dept goals, and productivity requirements. Supervises a team of managers and individual contributors with functional responsibility for performing ongoing receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, replenishment route running, tool crib and indirect material. Maintain documented procedures to define Receiving, Material Movement and Storage, Kitting for direct and indirect material responsibilities, same as Tool Crib. Ensure that optimal inventory levels of commodities are maintained to meet production requirements. Estimate current and future Warehouse capacity requirements. Responsible tomanage FIFO strategies to assure the correct consumption of the material. Ensure that company procedures, including SOX and FDA requirements, are understood and adhered to.
