- Monitors the daily status of production areas and based on this,determines deliveries (warehouse supply).
In coordination with their immediatesupervisor and planners, they determine supply priorities.
- Where applicable, periodicallyreviews the inventory status of raw materials/sub-assemblies with the client,always seeking to maintain a minimum but sufficient inventory to meet quotas.
- Responsible for supplying the rawmaterials and/or sub-assemblies needed on the production floor formanufacturing products.
- Periodically reviews the finishedgoods inventory status with the client, always aiming to keep inventory at aminimum.Based on these reviews and corporate sales forecasts, monthlyproduction schedules are defined jointly with the client, and staffing needsare planned accordingly.
