**Functions and Responsibilities**
- Directs and pushes the development of projects from its definition, conceptualization, detail engineering, cost evaluation, justification, construction, implementation, training, and closure, always giving a professional service of turnkey projects to the customer department.
Plant level, Division Engineering, NPI and Global Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Development of research and technologic innovation projects
- Develops projects related to the efficient use of energy resources and materials.
- Develop budget for plant services.
- Lead manufacturing changes related to new product introductions and engineering changes.
