Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close, including financial statement preparation
Support accounts payable/receivable, accruals, and variance analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Assist with audits and ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3+ years of accounting or related experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
