Staff DevOps Engineer

Brief Overview

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening the scalability, reliability, and automation of Amwell’s infrastructure and DevOps platforms. You will help design and evolve cloud systems that enable product teams to deliver software faster, more safely, and with greater operational confidence. This role combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with cross‑team collaboration. You will work closely with engineering, SRE, and platform teams to improve infrastructure automation, observability, and deployment reliability across the organization. You will contribute to technical direction, mentor engineers, and promote best practices that ensure Amwell’s platforms remain resilient, secure, and efficient.
