Work with process owners for DRAM integration. Establish structural requirements for DRAM devices in current and future products. Analyze the data related to DRAM integration such as SEM, TEM, inline film thickness, Inspections, and Electrical measurements. Work on resolutions for deviations. Assess DRAM CMOS structure and layout and define the requirements for DRAM CMOS. Lead and coordinate joint technical efforts with the process teams to resolve complex process-related issues that impact CMOS performance or yield.
