Staff Engineer, Software (Guadalajara)

Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)

Location: Tijuana, MX.

• Plan, participate in, guide and carry out technical assignments independently.
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies including daily standups, story grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Communicate effectively written and orally; clearly convey high-level design and technical details to team members.
• Implement software efficiently, write unit test cases, perform code reviews, and integration testing.
• Proactively identify ways to automate feature testing and establish measurable goals.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering with 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Master's degree in computer science or engineering with 7+ years of experience preferred.

• Sound understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and data structures.
