Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Staff/Sr. ME Design NPI Engineer located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.
Reporting to the Sr. ME Manager, the Staff/Sr. ME Design NPI Engineer plays a key role in supporting the Flex Penang manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with Tier 1 customer requirements and product design. This position offers an opportunity to influence technologies impacting global data centers and cloud infrastructure.
What a typical day looks like:
Review product designs and provide feedback to customers to ensure the product can be efficiently and reliably manufactured.
Develop, document, and validate manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
