Melstock House is a mixed‑sex discharge ward for service users who are clinically ready for discharge but have complex care or social needs that require additional support before returning home. The ward specialises in caring for individuals with functional mental health conditions and mild cognitive impairment. 
Our focus is on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that promotes recovery, independence, and successful community reintegration.
