Carries out doctor's orders for all assigned patients; gives prescriptions and treatments safely and appropriately. Alerts the relevant medical and nursing staff to any changes in the patient's condition. Considers the patient's response while evaluating the care provided. Tracks nursing care in the hospital's Meditech system and all allocated patient records.
