**Description:**
You will be the Staff Program Quality Engineer for the Rotary Wing Systems Quality Team. Our team is responsible for shaping and safeguarding the quality of sensor products and driving process improvements across Rotary Wing System programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Staff Program Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across our rotary‑wing sensor portfolio and driving continuous improvement in our processes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and review quality standards, processes, work instructions, and procedures for manufactured and procured products.
+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality standards are implemented and fully met prior to delivery to our customers.
+ Identify, trend, and resolve non‑conformances in an efficient and timely manner.
