Staff Project Engineer

*Job Location:* Hershey, PA * Summary:* The Plant Project Engineer’s primary function is to ensure that the West Hershey plant’s processing, packaging & Utility systems are fully operational and reliable as required to support the conversion of raw materials to finished foods while adhering to schedule, rate of production, and all quality specifications. * Responsibilities:* Process Systems Optimization * Provide strong technical leadership and support to Plant Operational and Maintenance staff in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization of existing processing, packaging & utility systems. Capital Project Management * Manage capital projects up to $5,000,000 in value for processing, packaging and facility improvement efforts at the West Hershey plant.
