The Role and the Team
Quality at Blue Light Card is evolving. As we grow our engineering capability across web, mobile, data, and platform, we're building the foundations that will let every squad deliver with genuine confidence, and we're hiring a Staff Quality Engineer to help shape and drive that work.
Reporting to the Quality Lead, you'll work across both quality strategy and hands-on engineering delivery. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad cross-organisational scope.
