We’re looking for a Staff/Principal Quality Engineering Lead to join a growing U.S.-based healthcare technology company building large-scale operational platforms that support critical service coordination across multiple business lines.

This is not a traditional QA role.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like an engineer, operates like a systems owner, and can build a modern quality engineering function from the ground up inside a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.

You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership to define how quality is built, measured, and scaled across a distributed platform that supports real-world operational workflows. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and the opportunity to shape engineering standards across the organization.
