They are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer  to join their senior engineering team in Belfast. You'll work on critical software systems that power core business operations, with a focus on both backend services and cloud-based solutions. 
In this role, you will lead and mentor engineers , influence architectural decisions, and help deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software. While primarily backend-focused, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to front-end work where required, supporting end-to-end solutions and helping elevate engineering standards across the team.
