As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross‑team, cross‑repository initiatives that strengthen Fever's technical foundation.

In this individual‑contributor leadership role, you will act as the connective tissue between our strategic vision and cross‑squad engineering execution. You will turn architectural direction into executable programs, coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, surface risks early, and create the visibility and alignment needed to deliver foundational improvements in developer experience, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
