Responsibilities 3.3.1
The Contractor must perform the following tasks in support of the CFHA Staffing Surge Requirement:
Provide operational support in managing the human resources staffing process on behalf of the hiring manager, including but not limited to: developing Statements of Merit Criteria (SoMC) and assessment tools (written exams, interview guides and reference checks);
Screening of candidate resumes;
Correcting written exams;
Participating in interviews;
Assisting in reference checks;
Completing the final selection board report and assisting with informal discussions;
Assisting with the preparation of the articulation of right fit statement;
Keep the Technical Authority informed of activity progress on a weekly basis.
Provide a project plan for each selection process (Task) to the Technical Authority for approval;
Provide advice and guidance on staffing such as policies, pra...
