We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to lead external stakeholder coordination and approvals for a complex large scale infrastructure programme. The role focuses on managing interfaces with government entities authorities and third parties to ensure timely clearances and uninterrupted project delivery.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in stakeholder coordination for major infrastructure or development projects
  • Proven track record in securing permits NOCs and statutory approvals from government authorities and utilities
  • Strong knowledge of local authority processes regulations and approval frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Stakeholder or Authorities Liaison role on large projects
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
  • Middle East particularly UAE experience is highly advantageous
