Job Role: Visual Merchandiser State / Cluster

Location: TN

Key Responsibilities:

i. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines for multiple stores within your cluster / State.

ii. Ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all assigned stores, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product placement.

iii. Ability to travel frequently between stores within your assigned cluster / State.

iv. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand s identity and ensure that all visual merchandising efforts reflect and reinforce the brand s image and values.

v. Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.

vi. Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising execution, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
