Responsibilities
- Facilitate 60-minute, large-group review sessions for 20-30 students aligned to CRCST focus areas
- Lead engaging and motivational sessions to build student confidence
- Work with the learning team to develop and modify session agendas and lecture decks
- Develop gamified learning approaches using tools like Kahoot
- Support CRCST exam prep by holding dedicated review sessions
- Respond to student questions via email within established timeframes
Requirements
- At least five years of experience working as a sterile processor
- Current and active CRCST certification through HSPA
- Prior teaching, training, or precepting experience in Sterile Processing
- Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments
- Ability to explain complex sterilization and infection prevention concepts to beginners
