Sterile Services Assistant

About The Role

A Sterile Services Assistant is an integral part of the team responsible for cleaning, decontaminating and sterilising medical equipment.

You will work to support our Sterile Services Department Manager, in the provision of a safe and effective decontamination and sterile supplies service to all departments within the hospital. You will undertake tasks involved with the decontamination process (cleaning, checking, packing, assembling, sterilising and distribution) and keep areas clean and tidy.

Schedule: 37.5 hours a week over shifts 7.30am - 3.30pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and 2 in 4 Saturday shifts on a one‑on‑one‑off basis.
