External stone installation foreman with experience in stone installation and exterior decor. Must be committed and precise in work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all stone-related activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of stone masons and laborers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately plan and execute stone installations, including cutting, shaping, and setting.
• Inspect all materials and workmanship to ensure the highest quality standards, identifying and rectifying any defects.
• Schedule and coordinate the delivery of stone materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
