This is a Storage Technical Support Engineer role, specializing in the management, optimization, and maintenance of company storage infrastructure. Key responsibilities include log analysis, configuration optimization, patch management, capacity planning, vulnerability remediation, and customer training, often requiring shift work.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively reviewing configurations, generating reports, managing capacity, and identifying improvements based on best practices. Maintain & support testing patches, implementing changes, and fixing vulnerabilities on company's storage hardware/software. Training customer staff and increasing their understanding of company's solutions. Conducting monthly reviews, managing the Statement of Work (SOW) changes, and performing Root Cause Analysis.
